Californ Eye Aye!

Robbie and I took a trip out to California for winter break! we hung out with amazing people, got lots of skating done all in 50-60 degree weather. needless to say it was awesome.
Ahh the feeling of skating outside again. Just pushing down the street.

anyone remember kircharts kickflip?? robbie was about to lay down 12 tricks forest edwards style but the fence was blocking it so he just made this awesome pose instead.

Watch Kirchart

Then he layed down a hammer on this guy. Even though skating tranny doesnt make you like a million bucks, its ok every once in a while. if you don't know, click 2:00

our first TK burger, good stuff.

Good flatground sesh with the best dudes outside of the Krochet Kids headquarters.

Joel forgot his toothpaste so he had to steal some from Barbie.

The Egg Man. He had a new way of setting up his board. put the grip on without cutting it, change the trucks with the extra grip flapping all over the place, switch out the wheels, then cut the grip the next morning. based on his performance i might have to try that next time.

Eggy waking up Brad with his soothing guitar and voice. Brad woke up and was pleased.

This was the winner for spot of the week. so good.

Egg man running through the jungle to battle for his clip.

The good ole parking garage hill bomb. too much fun.

A much needed reunion at Papa Z's, great start to any day.

As nice as it was in the day, the nights got cold. Robbie was prepared though.

I think they painted this so we wouldn't see it. Well it didn't work and lots of fun was had on it.

This was on the wall at a restaurant we ate at. my favorite is the dollar sign and the penguin man eating some chicken. great marketing.

California Red Curbs, good for grinding and chilling. what more do you need?

In-n-out was a must! Ended the trip with a satisfied full stomach.

Goodbye sun and palm trees! see you next time!
